We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive end-to-end development, guide engineering teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable applications.

- Mentor and guide developers; provide technical direction and performance feedback.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and help remove technical blockers.

- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standards.

- Work closely with Product & Delivery teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.

- Contribute to technology strategy, project planning, and hiring efforts.

Technical Skills Required :

- Backend : Node.js, Python (FastAPI)

- Frontend : ReactJS or AngularJS

- Database : MongoDB, PostgreSQL

- Cloud Platforms : AWS / GCP / Azure

- Good to Have : RESTful APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes

Education :
