Technical Lead - Python & React

Location : Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Experience : 10+ years

Working arrangement : 5 days from office in 1-10pm shift

Role Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead - Python & React to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale platform applications. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with technical leadership, architecture experience, and the ability to mentor teams while partnering with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Python, React, AWS, and serverless technologies.

- Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and data processing solutions.

- Guide technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions.

- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes.

- Drive application performance, reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Required Skills :

- REST API Development

- SQL and Data Modeling

- System Design & Architecture

- Git, CI/CD, Docker

- Financial Services / Capital Markets Domain Experience

Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on Python development.

- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications end-to-end.

- Exposure to financial services or enterprise software environments preferred.
