Education level : BE/BTech.

Experience : 7+ Years

Job Overview :


- Minimum 7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Technical

- Experience in implementation and maintenance of dynamics CRM platforms.

- Good Functional Understanding of D365 Sales / Customer Service Process

Primary Skills :

- Extensive development experience in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate Development

- Experience in Developing Web Services and Web Apis

- Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, Typescript

- Exposure to Azure (Logic Apps and Function App)

- Having good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Preferably from .NET/SharePoint Development background in the early years of career.

- Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical & business stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Fit Gap analysis and estimation of as-is system to Dynamics.

- Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.

- Support team members on Technical solutioning when needed.

- Implement improvements to the existing solution via automation.

- Involve in post live support and day-to-day application support.

- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.

- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.

- Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environment
