About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Consultant with strong expertise in PL/SQL development and hands-on exposure to the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end application design, development, and optimization efforts while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across business-critical systems.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in Oracle PL/SQL, experience with WMS solutions, and the ability to mentor teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of applications leveraging Oracle PL/SQL.

- Architect and implement complex database solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Work closely with business teams to understand WMS domain requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages to support enterprise applications.

- Optimize SQL queries and ensure database best practices are followed across development teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments efficiently.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment phases of projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in application development with a strong focus on Oracle PL/SQL.

- Proven experience in the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain (Manhattan, Oracle WMS, or similar).

- Strong understanding of database performance tuning, data modeling, and SQL optimization techniques.

- Hands-on experience in application integration with WMS or ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Manhattan WMS, Oracle WMS Cloud, or similar enterprise warehouse management systems.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Familiarity with Unix shell scripting and data migration tools.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
