Technical Lead - Cloud Integration

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - Cloud Integrations to lead and support enterprise-scale integration platforms across cloud and hybrid environments. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in integration technologies, middleware platforms, cloud infrastructure, and automation.

The ideal candidate should have strong operational ownership, technical mentoring capability, and experience managing highly available integration ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and optimize middleware, messaging, and API gateway environments.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership for cloud integration solutions.

- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.

- Handle upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and production incident resolution.

- Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

- Support CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.

- Develop Python-based automation scripts for platform operations.

- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, architecture, and business teams.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members (1030% of role capacity).

- Contribute to cloud migration initiatives across AWS and GCP.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Experience :

Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following :

2. Kong (or similar API Gateway)

3. webMethods (or similar middleware)

- Working knowledge of the remaining integration pillars.

Cloud & DevOps :

Hands-on experience in :

2. Google Cloud (GCP)

Strong experience with :

2. CI/CD pipelines

3. Production operations

Programming / Automation :

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Confluent connectors.

- Experience managing multiple integration platforms simultaneously.

Familiarity with :

2. Ansible

3. Multi-cloud environment exposure.
