Job Description :

A fast-growing HR Tech firm specializing in employee engagement and well-being solutions is looking for a Tech Lead to drive backend development and DevOps initiatives in Mumbai.

Key focus areas :

- Backend Development & Architecture : Design scalable and secure system architecture, develop clean and optimized backend code (Node.js mandatory), and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- DevOps & Cloud : Manage instances on Azure/AWS/GCP, deploy programs, automate pipelines, and monitor uptime/performance.

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor backend developers, drive Agile processes, review code, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.

Ideal profile :

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or IT

- Strong backend development skills (Node.js mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Linux, Kafka

- Experience leading development teams in Agile/Scrum setups

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
