Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead Backend at our Bengaluru location. The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems. Were looking for a hands-on leader with strong expertise in Node.js and Java to architect scalable solutions and guide high-performance development teams. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver robust, modern backend systems.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java and Node.js

- Experience with database management and design (SQL, NoSQL)

- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
