We are looking for a Tech Lead to oversee the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive product excellence.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-driven SaaS solutions.

- Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and security.

- Work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of the platform.

- Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Stay updated on the latest technologies, frameworks, and AI advancements to enhance product offerings.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain seamless product performance.

- Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of top engineering talent.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on scalable web applications.

- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical initiatives.

- Expertise in backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.

- Experience with AI/ML integration is a plus.

- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
