Role Overview :

The Automation Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks and ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines. The role acts as a bridge between architecture and execution, working closely with development and DevOps teams to improve test coverage, release quality, and delivery speed in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium and TestComplete

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

- Lead API, functional, and performance testing activities

- Integrate Docker and Kubernetes into test environments

- Identify performance issues and support load testing efforts

- Ensure automation coverage for microservices-based applications

- Mentor junior engineers and review automation code

- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for continuous quality improvement

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Java or Python for automation framework development

- Hands-on experience in Selenium and TestComplete

- Expertise in API testing and test automation frameworks

- Strong knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Good understanding of OOP concepts and design principles

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments

- Strong debugging and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- 5 to 9 years of automation testing experience

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Exposure to performance testing tools

- Knowledge of microservices architecture

- Experience in DevOps practices and tools
