About the Role :

We are seeking a Tech Lead who can blend hands-on AI/ML engineering, scalable system design, and consulting expertise to solve complex business challenges for leading insurance and healthcare clients.

What Youll Do :

- Architect & Build : Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

- Customer Engagement : Work directly with clients to understand business problems and translate them into deployable tech solutions.

- Lead Projects End-to-End : From strategy, planning, and execution to deployment (containerized, cloud-native) and post-delivery support.

- Team Leadership : Mentor, coach, and guide engineers; ensure best practices in coding, design, and delivery.

- Scale Solutions : Build AI products that are production-ready and capable of large-scale deployments in insurance and healthcare.

- Bridge Tech & Business : Simplify complex AI concepts into actionable business value for stakeholders.

What Were Looking For :

Experience : 79 years in building and delivering scalable software/AI solutions, with at least 3+ years of team leadership.

Tech Skills :

- Strong in Python, system design, and scalable architectures.

- Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

- Experience with data science workflows and deploying into containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Consulting Mindset :

- Proven customer-facing consulting experience.

- Ability to convert business problems into clear technical outcomes.

Domain : Exposure to Insurance / Healthcare projects is a strong plus.
