Technical Lead - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in AI/ML development, Computer Vision, and backend integration to join a well-known German product-based MNC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced machine learning frameworks, robust software development practices, and deployment pipelines, while also leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and computer vision solutions using frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

- Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms using OpenCV and Tesseract for real-world applications

- Drive Python-based software development with a focus on data analysis, automation, and model integration using Pandas and NumPy

- Implement and manage MLOps workflows, ensuring efficient deployment and scalability of AI/ML solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

- Set up and maintain monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana to ensure high availability and performance of deployed solutions

- Integrate AI/ML solutions into backend systems using REST APIs, MySQL, and Django

- Utilize basic DevOps tools and practices, including OpenShift OCP, Celery, and MQ for scalable task management and microservices communication

- Work with software development tools such as JFrog, ELK, and Kibana for version control, artifact management, and system logging/monitoring

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance in coding standards, architecture best practices, and project delivery

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI/ML, MLOps, and software engineering to drive innovation within the team

Technical Skills Required :

- Proficiency in Computer Vision frameworks (OpenCV, Tesseract)

- Advanced Python programming skills with experience in data analysis using Pandas and NumPy

- Experience in deployment, containerization, and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and Git version control

- Experience with system monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana

- Backend integration expertise with REST APIs, MySQL, and Django

- Knowledge of OpenShift OCP, Celery, and MQ for distributed systems

- Familiarity with software development tools like JFrog, ELK Stack, and Kibana
