Technical Lead/Architect - Full Stack

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Architect to spearhead the end-to-end design, development, and integration of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in full-stack development technologies such as React, Java, Spring Boot, Python, and MySQL, and will drive the seamless integration across all application layers.

This role will require hands-on knowledge of event-driven architectures, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment on Azure Cloud. Experience with AWS and Terraform is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Technical Architecture : Own and lead the technical architecture for frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure.

- Design Scalable Solutions : Design and deliver applications that are scalable, secure, and high-performance, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.

- Microservices and Event-Driven Design : Advocate for and implement event-driven communication patterns and microservices architectures.

- CI/CD Pipeline Management : Establish, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployment cycles.

- Containerization & Orchestration : Manage the deployment and optimization of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Cloud Deployment : Oversee the deployment and scaling of applications in Azure Cloud. Familiarity with AWS will be considered a bonus.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Operations, etc.) to align technology with business needs and strategic goals.

- Mentorship and Guidance : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the adoption of best engineering practices.

- Code Reviews & Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews and ensure the team adheres to high-quality standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant exposure to enterprise-level applications.

- Proficiency in Full Stack Development :

1. Frontend : Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux, TypeScript preferred).

2. Backend : Advanced knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Python.

3. Databases : Experience with MySQL, MongoDB (PostgreSQL/NoSQL knowledge is a plus).

- Event-Driven Systems : Hands-on experience with event-driven communication tools and platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

- CI/CD & DevOps : Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, especially with Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth and automated deployments.

- Cloud Expertise :

1. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services and deployment practices.

2. Familiarity with AWS Cloud and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform is a bonus.

- Containerization : Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for managing and orchestrating containerized applications.

- Leadership & Mentorship : Proven track record in leading technical teams, making high-level architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to AWS Cloud services and Terraform for infrastructure automation.

- Experience in Microservices design patterns and strategies.
