Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end AI solution development - from architecture to deployment.

- Design and implement scalable GenAI models and pipelines tailored to business needs.

- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI into applications.

- Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML/GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks to recommend best practices.

- Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers and developers.

- Ensure model performance, scalability, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7- 9 years of experience in AI/ML development, with recent hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion Models, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, etc.).

- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, MySQL, and vector databases, along with TensorFlow/PyTorch and related AI/ML frameworks.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.

- Solid understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.

- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering AI-driven products.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar GenAI toolkits.

- Experience in applying GenAI across domains like NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
