Join our team to industrialize sophisticated cutting-edge algorithms for our next generation Cars. The role involves designing, developing, and refining Agentic AI based workflows that will form the core of our innovative AI-driven products and services.

- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in generative AI practices, with the ability to implement Agentic AI frameworks for faster turnaround times for automotive V-model software development lifecycle from coding to testing phases (validation part of the V-model).

- Embed AI agents into automotive software pipelines to enable adaptive behaviors, such as real-time anomaly detection during unit testing or automated regression analysis in system validation.

- Develop and maintain AI-based tools for model-based development, system diagnostics, code generation, and continuous integration.

- Stay abreast of emerging agentic AI trends and propose integrations that advance our automotive software capabilities.

Skills :


- Strong experience in Hands-on Software Development

- Strong experience in AI/ML research and development

- Experience and deep knowledge about Generative AI

- Proven experience with generative model architectures and techniques as well as fine-tuning methods to improve model performance.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (V-model) in the automotive domain

- Familiar with implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture for sophisticated AI applications

- Extensive knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and their industrial implementation

- Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and automotive-grade testing frameworks.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices to ensure the robustness and reliability of AI systems

- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and efficient AI systems
