- Lead end-to-end AI project delivery and ensure timely execution.

- Mentor, guide, and manage engineering teams effectively.

- Provide architectural oversight and technical direction for system design and development.

- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

- Ensure high standards in code quality, performance, and scalability.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in software engineering leadership/tech lead roles.

- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning platforms (Agentic AI experience preferred).

- Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud technologies including:

- BigQuery

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Cloud Run

- Proven track record of independently leading and managing engineering teams.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Must be an immediate joiner
