Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. The ideal candidate will drive workflow automation, solution architecture, and enterprise-level integrations across digital platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technical architecture & integration strategy for Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and connected platforms (e.g., Widen DAM).

- Design and implement scalable automation workflows ensuring data consistency across systems.

- Build and optimize Workfront Fusion scenarios, including API orchestration, complex configurations, error handling & performance tuning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, PMs, Business Teams) to convert requirements into system solutions.

- Develop and enforce best practices for integration architecture, governance, user management & platform scalability.

- Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, manage incident resolution & ensure overall system stability.

- Lead documentation, deployment processes & QA across development cycles.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront & Workfront Fusion (certifications mandatory).

- Proven expertise in workflow automation, REST APIs, data mapping & integration across marketing/business platforms.

- Deep understanding of Workfront configuration : forms, dashboards, queues, templates, custom objects.

- Experience delivering scalable and secure enterprise-grade solutions.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies & DevOps practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Widen DAM or other Adobe ecosystem tools.

- Prior background in enterprise workflow automation projects.

- Knowledge of integration monitoring tools & performance tuning techniques.
