We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, DevOps, and Python.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can act as a critical bridge between the client and internal technical teams, ensuring seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying performance gaps, driving improvements, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements, expectations, and deliverables.

- Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across Java-based applications and Python services.

- Drive DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure optimization.

- Analyze team performance, identify gaps, and proactively implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Work closely with clients to understand challenges, provide technical recommendations, and ensure successful outcomes.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support to unblock teams and maintain delivery momentum.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations to ensure smooth execution across the SDLC.

- Mentor and guide development teams, promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps processes.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and scalable architecture principles.

- Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture).

- Proficiency in Python for backend development and scripting.

- Solid experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.

- Proven ability to work in client-facing roles and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with end-to-end SDLC exposure.
