- Role : UiPath Tech Lead + Agentic AI

- Experience : 9+ Years

- Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida

Core Responsibilities :

- Spearheading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of intelligent automation systems that combine agentic AI capabilities with robotic process automation (RPA) using UiPath (and related tools).

- Hands-on technical leader, you will architect scalable solutions, guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure quality, security, and performance of delivered systems.

- Architect agentic AI systems that can perceive, reason, plan, and act autonomously, integrated with UiPath bots.

- Design end-to-end workflows combining UiPath Studio / Orchestrator, intelligent agents (LLMs / AI components), APIs, and upstream/downstream systems.

- Define patterns, standards, reusable components, libraries, and templates for agentic workflows.

- Lead or contribute directly to development of complex automations, including custom activities, workflows, AI/ML model integration, etc.

- Work with unstructured data (NLP, Computer Vision, OCR, etc.), apply ML/NLP pipelines, integrate them into the UiPath automation stack.

- Drive adoption of newer AI/GenAI capabilities : prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool invocation, agent orchestration.

- Handle integrations with external systems (APIs, databases, web services, cloud services).

- Lead a team of developers/automation engineers; conduct design/code reviews; enforce best practices.

- Ensure compliance, auditability, permissions, privacy, data security in automated/agentic systems.

- Strong experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Actions, Document processing etc.)

- Solid programming skills (Python ideally, possibly .NET / C# / VB.NET).

- Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, agent frameworks (prompting, RAG, tool usage etc.)

- Good understanding of APIs, databases, service integration.

- Good communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

- Healthcare based automation implementation is preferred.
