As a Design Thinker, you must have :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in technology programs

- Up to 10 years of strong hands-on developer experience with recent 2-3 years of leadership role on driving solution end to end

- Must have in depth knowledge of Ping or ForgeRock

- Have a strong technology background as full stack (Java primarily) developer with the exceptional experience building large scale enterprise applications

- Led industry leading COTS solution integration with home grown enterprise capabilities.

- Design and build highly resilient fault tolerant and high throughput application ecosystem.

- Excellent Database knowledge and hands on experience managing a large RDBMS and LDAP solutions

- Building REST API, microservice, container solutions

- Excellent real world implementation experience in Event Streaming using Kafka

- Strong understanding of Azure public cloud design and implementation.

- Should have Development experience on the areas/skills we are looking i.e Ping/ ForgeRock and not just Support experience.

- Should have experience on Containers or basically Containerization and the 3 most used services for it are Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Any one of these is fine, basically Containerization is a Must.

- Needs to be hands on with PingAM (OpenAM) and PingDS (OpenDJ). In this if you have experience of the Newer Version that's preferred.
