Technical Head - IT Roadmap & Strategy

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement the companys technology roadmap and digital transformation strategy

- Lead enterprise initiatives in cloud architecture, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), and data migration projects

- Oversee application development with a focus on Java, open-source frameworks, and cross-platform technologies

- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional technical teams, including developers, architects, DevOps

engineers, and QA professionals

- Drive talent acquisition, staff training, and performance management to build a high-performing technology organization

- Ensure the design and operation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments

- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives

- Build and sustain high-performing technology teams to support current and future business needs

Requirements :

- Deep technical expertise in Java, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and networking technologies

- Proven track record in leading digital transformation and managing complex enterprise systems

- Strong strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and client-facing communication skills

- Experience working with or leading global organizations is highly preferred
