Technical Full Stack Lead - Java/React.js

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead (Full Stack) with strong backend expertise in Java and Hibernate along with frontend proficiency in Angular/React. This role requires ownership of end-to-end technical delivery, including design, architecture, and mentoring. You will play a key role in shaping system design, ensuring code quality, and leading best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of full-stack development with a strong focus on backend using Java and Hibernate.

- Design, implement, and deliver scalable and maintainable applications.

- Drive frontend development using HTML, CSS, and Angular/React.

- Guide the team on architecture, technical decisions, and coding standards.

- Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in full-stack development.

- Strong expertise in Java and Hibernate.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Angular or React.js.

- Experience in technical design, architecture, and code quality practices.

- Hands-on leadership with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
