Technical Full Stack Lead

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers while collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using modern server-side technologies.

- Design responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices.

- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing development standards.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Drive technical decisions, including selection of frameworks, libraries, and architecture patterns.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Enforce security best practices across the application stack.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.

- Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or similar.

- Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.

- Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

- Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of application security best practices and authentication mechanisms.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred / Plus Skills :

- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability strategies.

- Experience with serverless architectures.

- Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams.

- Certification in cloud or full stack development (AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified, etc
