Technical Expert - Verification & Validation

Job Role : V&V Technical Expert

Experience : 6 to 12 years

Location : Bangalore

We are seeking a V&V Technical Expert with extensive experience in wired and wireless communication protocols, firmware testing, and product integration. The candidate will play a key role in test management, product quality assurance, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Global Product & System Test strategies and plans, including required test benches and infrastructure.

- Plan, execute, and monitor Product & System Testing, ensuring traceability and quality standards.

- Perform Defect Logging & Defect Management, providing timely root cause analysis and feedback.

- Plan, develop, and execute Test Automation using Python and Robot Framework.

- Maintain and update Test Dashboards for better predictability and reporting.

- Review Product & System Requirements and provide actionable feedback to Design and Marketing teams.

Key Requirements :

- Hands-on experience with IP features such as SNMP, SNTP, DHCP, and automation tools using

Python.

- Solid understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (design/test specifications, root cause analysis, debugging, board bring-up, traceability, defect management).

- Proven experience in Product Integration Testing (hardware & firmware) and familiarity with the Energy Management domain.

- Ability to plan and execute firmware/functional tests considering manufacturability aspects.

- Strong electronics troubleshooting/debugging skills.

Desired Skills :

- Experience in Test Automation frameworks like Robot Framework.

- Ability to create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and dashboards.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
