Technical Engineer - Secure Key Management/Azure

Job Title : Tech Engineer - Secure Key Management (Azure).

Experience : 5+ Years.

Location : Pune / Hyderabad (Hybrid Mode).

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Tech Engineer specializing in Secure Key Management within Microsoft Azure environments.

The ideal candidate will have :

- Hands-on experience with Azure Security Technologies, particularly Azure Key Vault, Azure Managed HSM, or Dedicated HSM.

- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of data encryption standards and encryption solutions.

- Experience supporting internal teams and business units in implementing and integrating encryption solutions.

- Proficiency in cloud administration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

- Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting for automation and operating system administration.

- Good understanding of infrastructure components such as load balancers, firewalls, databases, logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Azure Key Management : Serve as the subject matter expert for Azure Key Vault, Azure Managed HSM, and Dedicated HSM solutions, including provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.

- Encryption Implementation : Support internal development and business teams in the successful implementation and integration of data encryption standards and solutions across cloud applications and services.

- Security Integration : Work closely with application and security teams to ensure the proper use of cryptographic primitives, keys, and secrets in line with security policies and industry best practices.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Maintain and provision key management infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates) to ensure consistency, repeatability, and version control.

- Automation & Scripting : Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Bash for system administration, key rotation, certificate management, and operational workflows. - -
