Technical Director UI/UX (E-commerce Focus)

We're looking for a Technical Director UI/UX to spearhead the future of user engagement across our platforms.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and product thinkers to build innovative digital experiences.

Your expertise in generative AI, computer vision, and deep understanding of e-commerce systems will be crucial in shaping a seamless, high-conversion customer journey.

Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the UI/UX strategy across product lines with a strong e-commerce lens.

- Champion user-centric design practices and ensure consistent, engaging experiences across platforms.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Executive teams to align vision and roadmap.

- Lead interface innovation with technologies like generative AI and computer vision.

- Own and evolve our design system, integrating DevOps, XP, and Design Thinking principles.

- Mentor and guide developers, designers, PMs, and data scientists toward delivering exceptional results.

- Own the look, feel, and functionality of next-gen e-commerce experiences.

- Work with top tech talent in a culture that values experimentation and growth.

- Be at the forefront of digital transformation within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years in UI/UX and software development leadership roles.

- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams on complex digital products.

- Proven experience building high-impact e-commerce platforms.

- Strong technical foundation in JavaScript (ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript), Go, Python.

- Mastery of Agile, CI/CD, and modern design and development best practices.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Certifications in AWS and Design Thinking are must-haves.
