Technical Developer - Oracle EBS Module

Job Title : Technical Developer - Oracle EBS

Experience : 7 - 12 years

Location : Chennai

Mode : Hybrid (Should report thrice a week)

Shift : UK Time Zone

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and provide optimal system configurations.

- Troubleshoot and provide Level 2 production support, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Monitor system health, evaluate scripts, and perform maintenance tasks.

- Work with Oracle Development Tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, OAF).

- Ensure compliance with SOX and IT general controls over the production environment.

- Mentor and lead a team of technical and functional experts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL tuning, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher.

- Expertise in Implementations (end to end) and support projects.

- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow Builder & Unix-based OS.

- Strong hands-on Finance modules (AP, AR, GL) or SCM.

- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with business users.

- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to stay updated with Oracles technology roadmap and implement best practices.
