Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation, customization, and integration solutions.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience developing solutions with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 API, plugin architecture, and SDK

- Understanding of Dynamics 365 data model and security concepts

- Experience with Azure services and integration patterns

- Ability to work with SQL Server and database concepts

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365

- Experience with Dynamics 365 solution lifecycle management

- Familiarity with Portals and Power Apps Portals

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service modules

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience
