Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology projects, serving as primary liaison between development teams and global stakeholders across multiple regions

- Manage project scope, technical deliverables, timelines, and quality standards while providing regular status updates to leadership

- Implement agile development practices and engineering best practices across distributed project teams

- Identify and drive opportunities for development process improvements and engineering efficiency gains

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain up-to-date documentation, playbooks, and best practices across teams

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 15+ years of professional experience with progression from hands-on software development to delivery management or technical project management

- Proven understanding of legacy software modernization strategies, including phased migration approaches, API-first architecture, and balancing technical debt reduction with business continuity

- Strong understanding of modern development frameworks, REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies to effectively guide technical decisions and team delivery

- Strong understanding of SDLC and engineering best practices, including quality gates, code reviews, and collaboration workflows to ensure delivery quality

- Demonstrated experience in identifying and mitigating technical and project delivery risks across complex initiatives

- Experience with resource allocation, capacity planning, and team workload management

- Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives, including technology adoption and process improvements

- Experience or proven adaptability to learn and guide teams in adopting AI code agents (e.g., Cursor, Augment Code, or similar tools)

- Proven experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile development practices across engineering teams

- Strong people leadership skills with proven success in team development, performance management, coaching, and creating growth pathways that align individual aspirations with business objectives

- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across business and technical teams

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels

Preferred/Recommended Skills :

- Experience with supply chain applications, ERP systems, or related enterprise software

- Knowledge of supply chain business rules, constraints, and optimization requirements

- Understanding of secure coding practices and application security principles

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms

- Knowledge of application performance monitoring and optimization techniques
