Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with over 10 years of experience in IT service delivery and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end technical delivery, service management, cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle, Salesforce), and modern software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum. Relevant certifications like PMP and ITIL are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive the successful delivery of complex IT projects and services, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget.

- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams.

- Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for various projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery-related communications and escalations.

- Implement best practices in service management, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL and PMP standards for all project and service delivery activities.

- Monitor delivery metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.

- Oversee cloud-based deployments and integrations, primarily on Azure, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce platforms.

- Mitigate delivery risks through proactive planning, change management, and resource optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT delivery and service management.

- Strong experience with cloud technologies: Azure, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce.

- In-depth understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

- Proven track record in leading large-scale technical projects across diverse environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
