Location : Hyderabad / Chennai.

About the Role :

We are seeking an accomplished AIML Technical Delivery Manager, passionate about transforming the US healthcare ecosystem with AI and ML solutions.

This is a pivotal leadership role focusing on the delivery, operations, and evolution of scalable, production-grade ML models, with a special emphasis on US health insurance use cases.

Youll lead cross-functional AIML teams, drive engagement between Indian and US stakeholders, and ensure excellence at every stage of project executionfrom ideation to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Strategic Leadership :

- Drive the AI/ML programs technical strategy, ensuring alignment with both business needs and company objectives.

- Guide architectural choices, experiment with innovative technologies, and foster technical best practices among AI teams.

Team & Delivery Management :

- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of ML Engineers, MLOps, and Data Engineers.

- Plan and oversee end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics platforms and ML models for critical US healthcare applications.

- Manage day-to-day technical operations, ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, and timeline expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Be the primary India-based liaison for US clients and leadershipbridging business objectives with technical solutions.

- Translate complex requirements into actionable AI/ML projects.

- Regularly communicate delivery status, risks, and workflows to multiple stakeholders.

Collaboration & Innovation :

- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product, and infrastructure) to convert business challenges into impactful batch and real-time ML solutions.

- Continuously evaluate and propose new technologies, frameworks, and MLOps processes to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.

Process Excellence :

- Implement and advocate for best-in-class engineering and MLOps practices.

- Proactively identify and resolve risks, driving contingency plans as necessary.

- Champion continuous improvement to enhance speed, reliability, and scalability of ML-powered features.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 12- 18 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in delivery/AI project management and at least 3 years working directly in US Health Insurance or US Healthcare Analytics.

- Hands-on expertise and leadership in end-to-end MLOps pipelinesfrom data ingestion, model experimentation, deployment to monitoring.

- Proven ability to take AIML solutions from PoC to production in the US healthcare domain, demonstrating measurable business impact.

- In-depth knowledge of AI/ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure a plus).

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities; capable of interfacing with both technical and business audiences, including C-suite leaders.

- Demonstrable experience leading, developing, and motivating multidisciplinary AI teams (10+ people), fostering innovation and collaboration.

- Strong track record of risk identification, mitigation planning, and continuous delivery improvement.

- Experience with diverse, globally distributed teams; adept at working across time zones and cultures.

Preferred Attributes :

- Prior product development experience in US payer/provider landscape or value-based care analytics.

- Exposure to regulatory/privacy compliance relevant to US healthcare (HIPAA, etc.)

- Experience implementing automation and CI/CD for ML models at scale.
