We're seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with a strong engineering background to lead complex telecom B2B delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in BRB (Billing, Rating, and Business Rules) systems and a proven track record of delivering agile projects in the Telco space.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of Telco B2B projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks are met.

- Lead cross-functional teams across development, QA, and operations in a hybrid delivery model.

- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Ensure alignment with BRB architecture and telecom standards.

- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure delivery resilience.

- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts for new B2B engagements.

Required Skills :

- Technical : Strong understanding of Telco BRB systems, OSS/BSS, APIs, and integrations |

Agile Delivery : Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines |

Telecom Domain : 5+ years in Telco, especially B2B delivery models |

Leadership : Team management, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution |

Project Management : Scope control, budgeting, milestone tracking, risk management |

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 8+ years of experience in technical delivery roles

- 5+ years in Telco domain (B2B focus is mandatory)

- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) are a plus
