Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to drive the end-to-end implementation of complex, enterprise-grade solutions across various industry verticals.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, project ownership, and leadership capabilities to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients, solution architects, and product teams to gather business and technical requirements.

- Design and deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance architectures and implementation strategies.

- Own and manage the technical delivery roadmap, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.

- Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and provide expert guidance throughout project life cycles.

- Diagnose and resolve complex issues during deployment, integration, and post-implementation phases.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including integration guides, implementation playbooks, and best practices.

- Build and present proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new solutions, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance optimization standards.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, system integration, and technical solution implementation.

- Proven track record in leading large-scale enterprise implementations and cross-functional

technical teams.

- Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns and enterprise integration

frameworks.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
