Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources implementation and enhancement projects.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Human Resources to meet organizational needs.

- Develop and deploy integrations between Dynamics 365 HR, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, Microsoft 365, payroll systems, and third-party HR applications.

- Design and develop custom extensions, plugins, workflows, APIs, and Power Automate solutions.

- Ensure solution architecture aligns with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and performance requirements.

- Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support data migration, system testing, deployment, and production releases.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize system performance.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Provide post-implementation support and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 5- 10 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Human Resources implementations.

- Strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Microsoft Azure.

- Experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom plugin development.

- Hands-on experience with system integrations, data migration, and enterprise application architecture.

- Knowledge of HR business processes, including employee lifecycle, organizational management, leave and absence, benefits, compensation, and performance management.

- Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 HR with Finance & Operations, payroll, ERP, or third-party HR systems.

- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI capabilities, and automation technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem.
