We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Corporate Trainer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on technical training programs to corporate professionals and individual learners across global geographies. This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical modules, along with practical experience in real-world implementations, integrations, and enterprise-scale deployments.

The trainer will play a critical role in enabling learners to build strong foundational and advanced technical skills in Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform. The candidate should be comfortable handling instructor-led classroom sessions, virtual training programs, workshops, and customized corporate training engagements. A passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver instructor-led technical training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical modules for corporate and individual learners.

- Conduct in-depth training on Dynamics 365, Azure services, and Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

- Align training delivery with Microsoft certification paths such as MS-300, MB-500, MB-700, MB-820, and other relevant Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications.

- Explain real-world implementation scenarios, solution architecture, customization techniques, integrations, security configurations, and deployment best practices.

- Design, develop, and continuously update training materials including presentations, demos,

hands-on labs, case studies, and project-based exercises.

- Provide technical support to learners by addressing queries, reviewing lab work, guiding projects, and evaluating assessments.

- Track learner progress, assess training effectiveness, and provide structured feedback to ensure high learning outcomes.

- Stay current with Microsoft product updates, platform enhancements, certification changes, and evolving industry trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

- 2 -10 years of hands-on experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical roles.

- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, extensions, integrations, security, and deployment methodologies.

- Practical experience with Azure services and Power Platform integrations in enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse learner audiences.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt training delivery to different business requirements.

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Platform, along with Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credentials, are a strong advantage.

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to travel globally to deliver on-site corporate training programs as and when required.

- Flexibility to work across international client time zones, including evenings or weekends based on business needs.

- Ability to maintain a professional work-from-home setup suitable for high-quality virtual training delivery.

- Experience working with learners from diverse cultural and geographical backgrounds, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
