Technical Consultant - Peoplesoft

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with hands-on project or working experience in the Campus Solutions pillar. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PeopleSoft development tools and a thorough understanding of the Campus Solutions modules such as Campus Community, Academic Structure, and Student Enrolment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain technical components within the Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions suite.

- Customize and enhance modules such as Campus Community, Academic Structure, and Student Enrolment.

- Work with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Component Interfaces and File Layouts.

- Build and optimize Application Engines, PeopleCode, and Application Packages.

- Create and maintain reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and complex SQL queries.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Campus Solutions technical components.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (Technical role).

- Strong expertise in :

- Application Engine

- Component Interface

- File Layout

- PeopleCode

- Application Packages

- BI Publisher Reporting (BIP)

- SQL

- Good understanding of Campus Solutions modules:

- Campus Community

- Academic Structure

- Student Enrolment

- Ability to analyze technical and functional requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

- Experience with PeopleTools and integration technologies is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x.

- Exposure to upgrades, data migrations, and system integration projects.
