About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) SME to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module. This role is crucial in driving functional excellence, streamlining talent acquisition processes, and ensuring seamless integration across systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the Functional SME for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) leading solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ORC configurations/workflows.
- Configure and manage recruitment processes: job requisitions, candidate journeys, interview scheduling, job offers, and onboarding integrations.
- Align ORC setup with organizational policies, compliance mandates, and best practices.
- Manage integrations with background checks, onboarding tools, career portals, and job boards.
- Support all testing phases (unit, SIT, UAT) and lead issue resolution activities.
- Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud product releases and roadmap; evaluate relevance and adoption strategy.
- Work with Oracle support and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical/functional issues.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud; 2+ years specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from requisition creation to onboarding.
- Proven expertise in configuring ORC components (e.g., job templates, career sites, recruiting phases/states, offer flows).
- Strong knowledge of recruiting compliance and process optimization.
- Experience with third-party integrations: ATS, background verification, onboarding platforms, and external job portals.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Talent Acquisition/ORC (preferred).
Good to Have :
- Experience delivering end-user training and documentation.
- Exposure to global recruiting practices and compliance standards.
