Description :
- Develop and support Oracle Fusion Cloud technical components, including BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, HCM Extracts, FBDI, ADF, and Fast Formulas.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion modules and external systems using tools such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP Web Services, and File-Based Data Imports (FBDI).
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
- Work with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Develop custom extensions, personalization, and custom roles/security configurations in Oracle Fusion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, data migration challenges, and performance optimization in Oracle Fusion.
- Support data conversion, migration, and validation activities during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT) to deliver seamless Fusion solutions.
- Provide technical documentation, user training, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 34 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM).
Strong expertise in :
- BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI
- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and REST/SOAP Web Services
- ADF, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts PaaS extensions and Oracle Cloud security model
- Proven experience in data migration, integrations, and custom solution development in Fusion Cloud.
- Sound understanding of Oracle database concepts, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist / OIC Certification (preferred).
- Experience in Fusion Financials, HCM, or SCM modules.
- Prior experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
