Job Summary :
As a D365 CE Developer / Product Support Engineer, you will represent Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and work closely with enterprise customers to resolve complex technical, product, and business issues. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, deep troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations using C# and .NET.
- Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript, Web Resources, and PCF controls.
- Build and enhance solutions using Power Platform, including :
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to D365 CE applications and integrations.
- Integrate D365 CE with external systems using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and tickets to provide professional support.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Document solutions, fixes, and technical designs for knowledge sharing and support continuity.
Required Technical Skills :
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 CE Technical Developer.
- Strong expertise in D365 CE customization and extensibility.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Web APIs, and PCF.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
- Experience integrating D365 CE with external applications and Azure services.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse security, roles, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience in production support or enterprise application support environments.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and ITIL support processes.
- Exposure to Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, or Application Insights.
