- Support environment lifecycle management for D365 (Dev, UAT, QA, Prod), including database refresh/cloning and post-clone activities.

- Handle exception monitoring and resolution for batch jobs, integrations, and data movements via D365 Data Import/Export.

- Coordinate technical support and escalations with Microsoft, including ticket management and post-upgrade validation.

- Administer workflow configuration, security roles, and user access across finance, supply chain, asset management, and cost accounting.

- Collaborate on system performance optimization, troubleshooting incidents, and documenting technical solutions.

- Assist functional consultants with integration monitoring.

- Contribute to system documentation, technical runbooks, and operational playbooks for steady-state management.

- Participate in risk/issue log review and support ongoing platform health checks aligned to SLA commitments.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum of 6-8 years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical environments; direct experience in D365 FO preferred.

- Experience managing large-scale ERP platforms and integration scripts.

- Familiarity with cost accounting and asset management technical configurations in D365.

- Strong troubleshooting, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Understanding of security administration within D365 environments.

Shift : 2.00pm to 11.00pm IST.

Work location : Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad.

Work mode : Hybrid.
