The responsibilities of the role include:

- Minimum of 4 years professional industry experience in JDA WMS Technical Consultant.

- Responsible for developing technical solutions related to Integrations in JDA WMS

- Responsible for developing technical solutions on JDA WMS and Order Optimisation skill using Oracle PLSQL

- Good Knowledge on JDA WMs module

- RedPrairie/JDA WMS Consulting/Development and Configuration/Set-up experience

- Strong analytical skills.

- Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Must have supply chain experience.

- Should be experienced with MS SQL Server, MOCA, RPWriter Report Designer and any other Reporting Tool, DDA, Integrator, C, C#, Java, Groovy, Jasper Reports, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Provide first-level support within Blue Yonder JDA WMS as a Functional user for Application Support

- Interface experience is a plus with the SAP ERP system, forms within JDA

- Working with appropriate teams and business units as needed

- Training and working closely with users, understanding changes being made and implementations going live

- Creating documentation for the knowledge library and having approval by SME in order to publish/share with end users

- Consistently tracking issues/patterns with incidents to work with appropriate teams for resolution
