Technical Consultant - Blue Yonder/WMS

We are seeking a skilled Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in JDA Warehouse Management System (Discrete). The role involves designing, configuring, and delivering scalable WMS solutions while supporting integrations, custom developments, and enhancements to meet current and future business needs in complex supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support Blue Yonder / JDA WMS (Discrete) technical solutions.

- Build and define overall technical architecture aligned with current operations and future business requirements.

- Configure and customize JDA WMS to support customer-specific warehouse processes.

- Develop and maintain components using :

- MOCA

- MTF

- DDA / Page Builder

- Reports and Labels

- Design, develop, and support integrations between JDA WMS and host / downstream systems using:

- JDA Integrator / JDA Connect

- Middleware tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, or similar

- Develop, modify, trace, and troubleshoot interfaces and integrations.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment following SDLC best practices.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in fast-paced, multi-vendor environments.

- Provide technical support, enhancements, and issue resolution for production environments.

- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Logistics.

- 4+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in JDA / Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete).

- Strong functional and technical understanding of JDA WMS architecture and configuration.

- Expertise in MOCA components, MTF, DDA/Page Builder, reports, and labels.

- Strong experience integrating JDA WMS with multiple enterprise systems.

- Hands-on experience with JDA Integrator / JDA Connect.

- Knowledge of middleware-based integration techniques (MuleSoft, TIBCO, etc.).

- Good understanding of SDLC processes, requirement gathering, and technical design.

- Experience using support tools, project management tools, and SharePoint.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Proactive mindset with a strong ownership attitude and continuous improvement focus.
