About the Role :
We are looking for a technical compliance manager to take end-to-end ownership of our technical compliance landscape from ensuring adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines, to managing periodic audits and maintaining ISO certifications. Youll also lead efforts toward any new certifications we pursue, building policies and controls that scale with the business. This role will define how compliance is embedded across teams, ensuring our systems remain secure, audit-ready, and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end IT audit and regulatory compliance processes, ensuring adherence to SEBI and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee periodic internal and external IT audits to maintain continuous compliance.
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) and ensure its effective implementation across systems and processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison for ISO, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and any new certification initiatives.
- Lead the IT compliance function and drive collaboration across teams.
Who You Are :
- Proven experience in IT audit, compliance, and governance within fintech or regulated industries, especially SEBI-regulated entities.
- Hands-on expertise in preparing for and managing regulatory, certification, and internal/external audits
- Strong policy drafting, documentation, and reporting skills, with experience in SOP creation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with auditors, regulators, and cross-functional teams including security, engineering, legal, IT admin & people team
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess complex risks and implement practical compliance solutions
- Experience leading or mentoring a compliance team.
Good to have :
- Familiar with ISO audits, vulnerability assessments, and secure SDLC practices
- Hold certifications in IT regulatory compliance etc
- Prior team-building experience
- Relevant bachelors degree (CS, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk) is a plus but not mandatory
