Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the overall technology vision, architecture, and engineering strategy.

- Build and scale technology products from concept to production, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

- Make critical architectural decisions around platform design, integrations, infrastructure, and technology adoption.

- Evaluate and implement the most effective solutions through build-vs-buy and native-vs-third-party decision frameworks.

- Design scalable distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven platforms.

- Lead the development of customer-facing products, internal systems, automation platforms, and data infrastructure.

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including automation, OCR, barcode systems, messaging platforms, and intelligent workflow solutions.

- Establish engineering standards, code quality practices, security protocols, and operational excellence frameworks.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams while fostering a strong ownership-driven culture.

- Collaborate closely with business, operations, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

- Balance speed, innovation, scalability, and technical debt while operating in a high-growth environment.

- Communicate complex technical decisions effectively to founders, investors, and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Eligibility Criteria :

Technical Expertise :

- Proven experience building and launching products from scratch (0-to-1 product development).

- Strong hands-on coding experience in technologies such as Go, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, or equivalent modern technology stacks.

- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Experience designing and scaling high-concurrency, transaction-heavy platforms.

- Exposure to OCR technologies, barcode systems, WhatsApp Business integrations, IoT solutions, or similar technologies is highly desirable.

Domain Experience :

- Experience in hyperlocal commerce, B2B retail, logistics, supply chain, marketplaces, e-commerce, or related technology-driven businesses.

- Strong understanding of scaling platforms from MVP stage to enterprise-grade production systems.

- Startup or high-growth company experience with a track record of operating under resource constraints and rapid execution cycles.
