What your role will look like :

- Understand the product vision and the needs of the stakeholders and translate it into compelling product features

- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment

- Run discovery workshops, competitor research, benchmarking, Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis to identify new product ideas

- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement better procedures

- Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements.

- Closely work with UX and development teams to understand design or technology implications in solution ideas

- Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical design specifications

- Facilitate effective communication between internal and external stakeholders in order to maintain transparency and ensure that the solution meets customer's needs.

- Define the outcome for sprints and releases and prioritize the initiatives for the scrum teams

- Ensure standards compliance and institutionalization of the best industry practices

- Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration testing
