We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis along with a solid understanding of technical systems, software development lifecycles, and data-driven processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.

- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system and process changes.

- Support project management activities including scope definition, prioritization, and planning.

- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.

- Develop user stories, process flows, and wireframes as needed.

- Act as a liaison between business users and IT/development teams.

- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Ability to work with APIs, databases, data mapping, and basic query writing (SQL preferred).

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to create detailed documentation and user stories.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a technical capacity.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
