- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements aligned with business goals.

- Develop comprehensive artifacts such as user stories, functional requirement documents (FRDs), and acceptance criteria.

- Act as a proxy Product Owner within Agile teams to facilitate requirement discussions and sprint activities.

- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and smooth project delivery.

- Use SQL and BigQuery to perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and coordinating user sign-off.

- Collaborate with QA Analysts to create test cases based on business requirements and ensure completeness of validation.

- Organize and facilitate UAT sessions and user training post-implementation.

- Maintain project documentation including status updates, requirement traceability, release notes, and roadmaps.

- Ensure all deliverables reflect USTs core values : Humility, Humanity, and Integrity and adhere to compliance standards.

Primary Skills :

- SQL Expertise - Ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries for validation and analytics.

- Google BigQuery - Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis, report generation, and dashboard integration.

- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in data-driven environments.

- Deep understanding of healthcare data systems - especially claims, provider, and member data.

- Proficiency in preparing high-quality documentation : FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to function as a liaison across business and technical teams.

Secondary Skills :

- Exposure to data migration or data transformation projects.

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience coordinating UAT and conducting user training sessions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and Visio.
