About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with 12+ years in software engineering and architecture, specializing in FinTech solutions, Spring Boot, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong pedigree in designing scalable systems, leading technical teams, and building products from scratch in the financial domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance FinTech applications.

- Lead technical strategy, solution design, and implementation across multiple projects.

- Drive adoption of Spring Boot microservices architecture and modern DevOps practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and industry standards.

- Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption for innovation in FinTech solutions.

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and automation frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.

- Proven expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).

- Strong background in FinTech / Banking / Financial Services domain.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and security protocols.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Experience in building and scaling products from scratch.

Education:

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Advanced certifications in cloud, DevOps, or architecture frameworks preferred.
