About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect to lead the design, optimization, and governance of ServiceNow ITSM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in integrations, automation, scripting, and platform architecture, along with strong ITIL and Agile process understanding.

Core Technologies :

Primary Skills : Integration & Automation, Scripting, ServiceNow Architecture & Design

Secondary Skills : ITIL, DevOps, Agile

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and optimize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge).

- Define platform standards, governance models, and integration strategies.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and administration teams.

- Design and implement complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party connectors.

- Oversee platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and scalability enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational best practices.
