Key Responsibilities :

- Define the architecture and technology roadmap for the RemotePC RMM platform.

- Design secure, scalable, and cloud-based solutions for endpoint management.

- Build core RMM features such as monitoring, patch management, software deployment, automation, and compliance.

- Ensure secure communication between endpoint agents and cloud services.

- Review technical designs and promote engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Security teams.

- Mentor engineers and support continuous technical improvement.

Required Skills :

- 10 to 15 years of software development and architecture experience.

- Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native SaaS applications.

- Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Go.

- Good understanding of Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) and endpoint management platforms.

- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

- Knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SQL/NoSQL databases, and observability tools.

- Strong understanding of networking, security, authentication, encryption, and endpoint security.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
