Role Summary :

Responsible for architecting and delivering enterprise-grade BPM/CRM solutions using the Pega Platform, ensuring scalable design, performance optimisation, and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Lead solution architecture and technical design for Pega applications.

- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.

- Guide the full project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Provide technical leadership, coach developers, and conduct design and code reviews.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Manage integration with external systems and ensure security and compliance.

Required Skills :

- Mandatory Pega CLSA certification.

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, case management, data model, rules engine, and integrations.

- Experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, and Agile delivery models.

- Expertise in defining reusable components, performance tuning, and application governance.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
